Remnant countertops for Miami Beach — premium stone at reduced pricing when our inventory matches your project.
When we fabricate a full kitchen from a 120×65″ slab, the leftover piece — sometimes 30–50 square feet of the same premium stone — becomes a remnant. These aren't scraps. They're the same Calacatta marble, Taj Mahal quartzite, or Cambria quartz that a homeowner paid full price for, just the portion left after their cutouts. We store these pieces and offer them at 30–50% below full-slab pricing.
Anything under about 30 square feet is a strong candidate: bathroom vanities (single or double), laundry counters, wet bars, home office desks, fireplace surrounds, and compact kitchen sections or islands. The key constraint is piece size — if your layout fits within the remnant's dimensions with minimal seaming, you get a premium result at a significantly lower cost. Send us your dimensions and we'll check current inventory.
Our inventory rotates as we complete jobs — new remnants arrive weekly. Tell us your approximate dimensions, material preference, and color direction, and we'll photograph matching pieces from current stock. If something fits, we template your space, fabricate with the same CNC equipment and edge profiles used for full-slab work, and install on the same schedule. The only difference is the price.
Every remnant in our Pompano Beach inventory is the same material that went into a premium kitchen installation. We do not stock seconds, B-grade slabs, or factory defects. When you choose a remnant for your Miami Beach bathroom vanity or wet bar, it receives the same CNC cutting, edge profiling, polishing, and quality inspection as a $15,000 kitchen island. The stone is identical — only the price is different. We provide the same warranty and post-installation support regardless of whether your piece came from a full slab or a remnant.
Our most frequently available remnants come from high-volume materials: Calacatta-look quartz (Cambria, Caesarstone, Silestone), White Fantasy granite, Taj Mahal quartzite, and Carrara marble. These popular materials generate the most remnants because they are selected most often for kitchens. If you are flexible on exact color — say, open to any white-and-grey quartz — your chances of finding a remnant match are excellent. We maintain a photo inventory that we can share by text or WhatsApp so you can browse without visiting the yard.
Typical remnant savings run 30–50% below full-slab pricing for the same material. A bathroom vanity that might cost $1,200–1,800 from a full slab could come in at $600–1,100 from a remnant. For Miami Beach landlords renovating rental units, flippers updating bathrooms, or homeowners adding a laundry counter, remnants deliver premium appearance at budget-friendly pricing. We provide the same professional template-fabricate-install service at the reduced material cost.
In Miami Beach, the most common decision points are material durability vs. aesthetics, timeline coordination with other trades, and budget allocation between the island (where guests notice) and perimeter runs (where function matters most). We help you prioritize based on how you actually live — not showroom lighting.
Coastal and pool-adjacent properties in Miami-Dade County need surfaces rated for UV and salt exposure. We'll steer you away from materials that look great indoors but fail within two years outside, and toward options that hold up with minimal maintenance.
Send photos and rough measurements for a same-day ballpark. When you're ready to commit, we template with digital lasers after cabinets are set, fabricate at our Pompano Beach facility, and install — typically within 5–10 business days from template to completion.
