Payment Methods We Accept
Credit & Debit Cards
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover accepted for deposits and final payments. No surcharge — we absorb processing fees. The price on your estimate is the price you pay regardless of payment method.
Cash
Cash payments accepted at our Pompano Beach facility or at time of installation. We don't offer 'cash discounts' because our pricing is already transparent and consistent — you get the same fair price regardless of how you pay.
Check
Personal and business checks accepted. Personal checks require 3–5 business days for clearance before production begins. Cashier's checks and business checks clear the same day.
Zelle & Bank Transfer
This is our most common payment method for deposits. Direct bank transfers via Zelle are instant, free, and don't require you to share card numbers. We send a payment request directly to your phone or email.
How Our Payment Process Works

Free Estimate
We provide a detailed, line-itemized estimate so you see exactly what each component costs — material per square foot, fabrication, edge profiles, each cutout, removal, and installation. No bundled 'package pricing' that hides markups. No obligation, no pressure.

50% Deposit to Start
Once you approve the estimate and select your slab, a 50% deposit secures your material and schedules templating. The deposit is fully applied to your project total — it's not a separate fee. We physically hold your chosen slab in our shop; it will not be sold to another customer.

Balance at Installation
The remaining 50% is due upon completion of installation. You don't pay the balance until we've done a full walkthrough together and you're satisfied with every seam, edge, and cutout. If anything needs adjustment, we handle it before collecting payment.
Financing for Larger Projects
A typical kitchen countertop project in South Florida runs between $3,000 and $12,000 depending on material choice, kitchen size, and edge profile complexity. Most standard kitchens (30–50 sq ft of countertop) fall in the $4,500–$8,000 range with quartz or granite. For larger renovations, multi-room projects, or commercial installations, we can discuss flexible payment arrangements tailored to your budget.
Many homeowners use a home equity line of credit (HELOC) to finance countertop projects. The process is straightforward: apply through your bank or credit union, get approved based on your home equity, and draw funds as needed. HELOCs typically carry interest rates of 7–10% — far better than credit cards. Florida homestead property owners often have additional HELOC options and favorable terms through local credit unions.
A word of caution: avoid third-party "contractor financing" programs offered through some competitors. These point-of-sale lending arrangements often carry predatory interest rates of 24–36% APR once the promotional period ends. You're almost always better off with a HELOC, personal home improvement loan from your bank, or even a 0% APR credit card promotion if you can pay it off within the intro period.
No Hidden Fees
Our estimates include everything: material, fabrication, standard eased edge, sink cutout (undermount or drop-in), cooktop cutout, old countertop removal and disposal, installation, cleanup, and initial penetrating sealer application for natural stone. The price we quote is the price you pay — no surprises at installation.
For full transparency, here's what is NOT included in the standard estimate (and would be quoted separately if applicable): upgraded edge profiles (waterfall, ogee, mitered, or laminated edges), backsplash fabrication and installation, plumbing disconnection and reconnection (we recommend using your own licensed plumber for this), and any electrical work. If your project needs any of these, we'll include them as separate line items on your estimate so there's never a surprise.
What to Watch for in Competitor Quotes
Not all countertop quotes are created equal. Here's how to compare apples to apples when evaluating estimates from different fabricators:
Removal & Disposal
Check if the quote includes removal and disposal of your old countertops. Some companies charge $200–$500 extra for this or leave you to handle it yourself.
Edge Profiles
Ask if edge profiles are included in the quoted price. Some fabricators advertise low per-square-foot rates but charge $15–$30 per linear foot extra for any edge beyond a raw flat polish.
Material Only vs. Installed
Confirm whether the quote is for material and installation, or material only. A 'material only' quote can be misleading — installation often adds $40–$60 per square foot when quoted separately.
Who Actually Fabricates?
Ask whether the company fabricates in-house or subcontracts. Subcontracted work adds a middleman markup, limits accountability, and means you can't visit the shop to inspect your slab or approve the layout.
Sink Cutout Included?
Sink and cooktop cutouts should be included. Some quotes exclude them and charge $150–$300 per cutout as an add-on after you've already committed.
Slab Selection & Approval
Ask whether you'll see and approve the actual slab that will be used — or if you're selecting from a small sample chip. Color, veining, and movement vary dramatically slab to slab, especially in natural stone.
Dramatically Lower Pricing
Quotes significantly below market rate are a red flag. They usually mean thinner stone (2cm vs. 3cm), lower-grade material with more filler or inconsistency, subcontracted labor, or hidden fees that appear later in the process.
